Sussex County properties - new liens database
A list of properties in Sussex that have recently had mortgage liens placed. This database provides an investor with homeowners' names, property address, mortgage lender information, as well as the mortgage amount, original date as well as mortgage book and page numbers. It is a current owner search that provides information on any open second or third mortgages or other open liens on the property.
This database does not provide a complete lien / title search on any of the properties. It is intended as a tool to assist in locating potential investment properties before they are subject to Sheriff's Sale.
