Since Delaware has only three counties we can offer statewide searches at a discount with the same turnaround time. We use FRS software to return results in a professional format that is easy for anyone to read and understand. Standard broker rates are $5 per name/county, $15 statewide, $50 pull and review (+ copy costs).
