Experienced researchers quickly provide results on thorough hand searches of defendant indexes. Superior Court records are searched to 1990. Court of Common Pleas and Municipal Court records are searched to 1994. Family Court criminal records are searched to 1997. All three Delaware counties (Kent, Sussex and New Castle) are available with a 1-2 day turnaround time. Since Delaware has only three counties, we can offer statewide searches at a discount with the same turnaround time.In addition to the standard broker searches, we can provide a "pull and review" of court files. This service provides in-depth information related to the nature of the offense and court proceedings. We can provide certified or plain copies.
